We were lucky enough to be a part of a culinary collaboration between London’s US Embassy, Michelin-star chef and Nose to Tail cookbook author, Fergus Henderson and talented American chef and author, Mary Sue Milliken.
Guests dined in the stunning US Embassy event space to enjoy a Californian nose to tail style menu designed and curated by Fergus and Mary Sue. Our guests enjoyed dishes including wild Alaskan king crab, braised oxtail and chocolate and pistachio terrine accompanied by perfectly paired Californian wines. What a night!
