It’s been a busy start to November for our hosts. From Waitrose pop ups and MasterChef suppers to bonfire biryanis and more! We’ve started the new season doing what we do best – sharing food!

This week amongst the many exciting events taking place across the country, Philleigh Way Cookery School teacher and ex-professional rugby player, Rupert Cooper popped up at Waitrose in Truro to deliver an evening of culinary splendour! Guests enjoyed a three course menu including squash and onion bhaji, beetroot tatin with blue cheese, lamb with Jerusalem artichoke puree followed by pear tart and nut brittle.

The perfect Halloween pop up? Gary Maclean at Waitrose in Milngavie!
Instead of bearing the cold with the kids trick or treating, our guests decided to join the table and tuck into a Scottish feast with Gary Maclean. Gary delivered three courses including haggis bon bons, smoked haddock and crab risotto followed by baked chocolate tart – it doesn’t get any better than this!

We welcomed fireworks night with a plate of bang-bang lamb biryani, gunpowder chicken and apple tarte tatin! Top chef, charcuterie king and 2010 MasterChef Winner, Dhruv Baker popped up at Hayes Grange in Slinfold to deliver a menu exploding with seasonal favourites.
