Home Cook and WeFiFo regular, Maria hosted her first Waitrose pop up in Chester. Maria cooked a delicious spread of Mediterranean dishes inspired by her Italian and Spanish heritage.
Guests enjoyed roasted peppers with olive oil, burrata salad, chicken puttanesca and Italian tiramisu. Here’s what one of our guests said about their evening…

Say hello to Jim and Odile AKA The Secret Passage Supper Club. Based in Lincoln, Jim and Odile have recently stepped into the wonderful world of Supper Clubs. For every menu, they use homegrown and reared meat from their families farm in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Jim’s love for food began at a young age where he learnt an extensive knowledge about food, particularly meat. Together, the culinary duo are hosting a series of Supper Clubs in Lincoln – presenting guests will an array of seasonal, locally produced and homegrown dishes.

Meet, Zoe Adjonyoh. Zoe’s journey began in 2010 during Hackney Wicked Arts Festival where Zoe pulled up tables and chairs outside her home to cook a pot of peanut butter stew. The smell of rich and spicy scotch bonnet infused peanut soup enticed people over to join the table. Little did she know, the success of her street pop up would lead to the release of a cookbook and the beginning of Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen.
