It’s been a week full of exciting events, new hosts, award-winners and most importantly, fantastic food!

Home Cook and WeFiFo regular, Maria hosted her first Waitrose pop up in Chester. Maria cooked a delicious spread of Mediterranean dishes inspired by her Italian and Spanish heritage.

Guests enjoyed roasted peppers with olive oil, burrata salad, chicken puttanesca and Italian tiramisu. Here’s what one of our guests said about their evening…
