Sprouts… you either love them or you hate them. With Anya’s simple recipe, this delicious dish will be the new Christmas go-to. Step aside sausages wrapped in bacon, there’s a new festive favourite in town! Heat up a big pan, on low. Fry off the pancetta 'til crispy. Throw the sprouts in and cover in pancetta fat. Add the butter and let it all emulsify. Add the hot stock and leave to reduce. Add pepper and salt to taste.
