This week marked the first of many. The first WeFiFo pop up at Waitrose Estate and the first Mark Hix pop up with WeFiFo. It’s been an eventful week and what a week it has been!
Restauranteur, author, chef and keen fisherman Mark Hix hosted a pop up evening at the beautiful Waitrose & Partners Farm in Leckford, Hampshire. Forty people joined Mark’s table to dine on dishes created using produce from the farm including truffled artichoke salad, pork osso bucco and cranberry and white chocolate pavlova. As well as cooking, Mark joined the table, took part in a Q&A and signed copies of his latest book, Hooked. Here’s what one of our guests had to say about the evening…

Brixton-based chef, Zoe Adjonyoh invites you to join the table at her next Supper Club series in London. Zoe will cook a sharing menu filled with Ghanian dishes. Think dawadawa scallops, garden egg escabeche, slow-cooked lamb shank followed by nkate cake with spiced chocolate bark, frozen white chocolate pannacotta and hibiscus granita.

‘Tis the season for sharing! We’re celebrating the Christmas countdown with a WeFiFo advent calendar. Each day we’ll share recipes kindly given to us from our talented Supper Club hosts, Home Cooks and professional chefs.
Here are our recipes so far…
