Guests joined Archie’s table to enjoy six courses of Keralan cuisine with a festive twist! Each dish was made exclusively with Waitrose produce and accompanied with Waitrose finest wines. Chris is a consultant executive chef for a high-end catering company in the Algarve, Portugal and has had formal training from Marco Pierre White.
